This used to be my favorite place to get clothes dry-cleaned, however, my most recent customer service experience with them was terrible. When I returned to pick up my garment, the lady, who went to find it, was eating a sandwich with dipping sauce the entire time. Her co-worker struggled to make change when I paid in cash. When I asked for a receipt, the lady tried to tell me that I couldn't have one because I paid them cash. At last, she gave me a copy of a receipt which she first photographed for herself. I hardly ever write reviews, but the owners of this cleaners are so sweet! I realized I needed to have my wedding veil pressed just a couple days before my wedding, they were able to help me while I was in a state of panic. I was in a desperate situation, as everyone else was not able to help me on the same day, so I was willing to pay however much it cost, but they even wanted to give me a discount for being a bride which I refused, but was so thoughtful of them. I am moving, but if I were local, I would gladly use them for any future dry cleaning needs, only wish I would've found them sooner!

I recently had to find a new drycleaning place and I cannot believe I've somehow missed this place before. it's in a small strip mall right before the El Escorpion Canyon Park trailhead West of Victory and Vanowen. Lovely small business owners. Just take the time to get to know them and they will take care of you.
