Generally, no one is excited to get an MRI procedure done. So when the receptionist, staff, and technician are super nice and accommodating, it shows that they are customer service driven, and want to provide a good experience. The report was also delivered in less than 48 hours! I highly recommend this facility!
A run down place, especially the waiting room. They really need to replace the upholstered chairs with urine stains on the seats.. Lots of staff that don't do much, everyone was chatting it up. The one in Tarzana runs a tighter ship.
Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly patient and calming not in a rush. I've had a lot of MRI 's and this is the best! Thank you all for making it a good experience
