Came here twice now for MRI’s and both times I was helped by Frank. I’m not a typical review writer, but both times Frank impressed me with his kindness, patience, and knowledge. The second MRI I had to get contrast and I don’t handle needles well. Frank was above and beyond accommodating and made it EASY. I really appreciate it.
Bad reviews are true. Came for my appointment only to be told the technician isn’t in and I should have received a call (the way she said it I could tell she was lying). I never got a call and I even spoke to two people the day before and day of my appointment and nobody bothered to tell me about my appointment needing to be cancelled. On top of it, I had to fast for 8 hours so I was starving and had a huge headache for no reason. Don’t come here if you can avoid it! Horrible.
Disappointed is an understatement. Took over a half hour on the phone to schedule an appointment. Once I showed up to my appointment, I was told that the technician was not available and that my appointment had been cancelled without being informed of that. When I asked why I hadn't been informed of this, she giggled in a very shrill way as a response. I mistakenly rescheduled with them and had my scan done at a later date. At the time of the appointment they refused to provide me with a medical note for my employer. They then let me know they would send me my report via email after 1-3 business days that I could use as a medical note. After a month I called back since...read full review
