“One on one training catered to my needs, as a Senior. They have championship titles themselves. They have an awesome program for children's. The place is very clean. The trainers are very respectful and kind. I LOVE IT! I have arthritis and some torn ligaments and my trainer, Mark Tapia, has an individualized program for me and my friend, too. The rest of the trainers, Cole and Mr. Vee are considerate and have specialized skills. They have group classes for children, as well as, one on one.“
