For the lazy readers:- They charged me 30 $ for a gel manicure.- Plenty of parking available outside.- Plenty of different colors to choose from.- They offer a free water bottle if you ask for it.- Great service. You get the value for your $$$Yes! I finally found my go-to nail shop in the Valley. I recently moved here from Santa Monica and had a hard time finding a good nail salon. I found this place as I was driving around. Very upsetting experience. I have been coming here for two years, and although there have been some days better than others, im sharing this hoping it is taken into consideration. I had a nail appointment with Tiffany today 6:30pm- as I was rushing back from work, i was running just a little behind so as courtesy, i called to let them know i was running 5 minutes behind, and was told they couldn’t wait. I was very upset because every single time I arrive ON TIME to my appts, techs are usually still not ready for me and I have had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to wrap it up with previous clients. *I waited 6 days to post this just to make sure my polish didn’t chip and my nails didn’t look tore up. I just moved to canoga park. The nail salon I was going to is in noho. I called Kelly’s and they were able to accommodate a same day appointment for a gel mani and a pedi. The service was prompt. The technician that did my pedi was kind, polite, and attentive. The technician that did my mani was thorough and friendly. This was the 3rd nail salon I’ve tried but it’s the only one I’ll be going back to a second time.Services: Pedicure
