I called and specifically requested information prior to my appointment that they could handle a XXXL dog (160 pounds) that has possibly never been groomed before (a rescue dog I’ve had almost 2 years), and they said they were well experienced. They showed up over 1 1/2 hours late, the lady probably weighed less than half of what my dog weighs — she was very small and there would be no way for her to handle our St. Bernard. A man stayed in the van the whole time and did not come out. She did not speak English, tried to translate through her phone, and I saw no way of being able to wash the dog in their van. Lauren is the only one I would trust to groom my dog. She is kind and sweet with my dog. My dog loves when she comes to the house to groom him. Her grooming truck is so clean too. She keeps it in tip top shape.
Lauren from Alpha Mobile Grooming is an amazing dog groomer. My dog Parker, (60 pound Bernedoodle) has been pampered by Lauren for over five years. Lauren takes great care of him, often spots an ear infection or skin issue and loves him so much. Reliable, timely and the cutest cuts around!
