Wonderful Nails

Went in at the last minute needing a fill and had an inspo Pic. I was blown away by how well they were able to match it. I knew that my nails were a diffrent length and shape and would have been happy with a design that was at least the same theme but my nail tech was meticulous and put in a real effort to get it to match. I was so happy with how they came out.

I paid $110 for a fill and the design but it was well worth it for the effort she put into my nails.

Only downside is they are a cash only place and their signage about that is not great. They do accept Zelle but there is a $2 service charge.

I'm very disappointed with my service I came in for a French tip pedicure and a gel manicure, I told her in the beginning when I walked in and she sat down with me, when the pedicure began I had no complaints she was doing a great job but when it got to finishing them off she didn't clean off the black polish that was left on my big toe from the French tip, she notices and instead of taking it off with acetone she tries to file it off with a nail filer on my skin and failed because the black polish is still there, the massage was not even ten minutes, then when it came to the manicure I had asked for a gel color I had on from last time I came they had the exact color I needed it being a nude color that matched my nail color since I can't have a polish for work or make it noticeable that I have polish on, I expressed that I came here and they had the color I had last time in gel but she said that they didn't and all they'd have was clear and she "tossed" the nail colors on the table for me to look for the color I was talking about since I didn't really want clear but I can tell she was already checked out and wanted me to be out and done with, so I just asked for the clear because I was over it, trying to tell her the color I had on when I came in was carried here since I had gotten them done here last time i came. I was very upset how I had to pay 22$ for a manicure that was done poorly not even to file my nails to a shape and just putting a clear coat on top and lousy massage, she sensed I was not happy with them I feel since she offered me a 15 dollar amount gift that expires the same damn day I came in to get my nails done . I paid 100$ and tipped 5$ to the lady who helped me, this is my last time coming here.

I have been comming to Wonderful nails for over 5 years now. The service is great, entire staff friendly. The techs are all current and up to date on nail trends and fashion. The spa pedi's are the most relaxing. I love Crystal. The store is always clean and sanitary. I have my favorite tech Vicky, love how shes so sweet and can pick out the right color and design for me. but when she's out they all have a great technique and I walk out with wonderful beautiful nails.....
