One of the worst customer service operators they have to help with information, very condescending and up tight didn’t feel no kind of warm welcoming. Had a very simple question and was literally talking crap about our phone call to her fellow coworker thinking I disconnected the call. I hope ppl know this is not a place you feel like you want to get an appointment done.

If you call their phone number they don’t say anything about being an urgent care. Yet these pictures all over Google look like they’re an urgent care. This is part of a larger organization based in Glendale and they suck! If you’re sick, don’t waste time.

Had to wait a little bit but I understand that there are other patients ahead of me. Service was good, all my questions were answered and the staff/doctor took good care of me. Much happier here then my previous doctor.

Used to be a good place but nearly impossible to make an appointment or even speak to a staff member it's ridiculous. Been trying to but what's the point of them having a phone number if it's useless and can't speak to your staff. So many times I've made appointments in the past and always got cancelled for absolutely no reason. Good doctor but absolutely terrible and unprofessional service.
