I have went here before and I do not remember the lady that cut my hair, but she did an amazing job so I went back again, and the lady cut my hair shorter than I wanted my hair shorter than I wanted and choppy, not the first time this has happened. Same thing happened to my friend where they cut it way shorter than we want. If you’re not sure ask us.. I’ve been crying for an hour because of this. I do not like what she did to me. I don’t even know her name but I won’t forgive you. WILL NOT GO BACK! 1st red flag was her not washing my hair. Never cut hair dry.. that’s just wrong.

Im so glad i found this place! I went to Krystal for my haircut a while back n my hair grew soo much so i decided to go back with her. Now she did a SUPER transformation to my hair! I showed her what i wanted and she gave me exactly THAT!! Thank you Krystal!!!

Nena cut my hair I got a simple 3 all over square in the back. They do haircuts for men but simple haircuts great for woman's haircut which my wife got her haircut there by Nena as well.

Loved Suzy and her sister so much! My hairstylist moved out of state and I've had so much difficulty finding someone who can work with my hair! My hair is not difficult, however I am picky for the color and styles. I showed Suzy 1 picture, she glanced at it, it came out perfect ? she added a treatment which left my hair extra soft. Her sister took care to shampoo and dry my hair to help as well. Everyone is super nice and professional. Prices are VERY affordable!

I called Susy’s Hair Salon Tuesday morning at 9:28 AM to make an appointment with Marivel.The appointment was set for Wednesday at 4 PM. And I called and spoke with MarivalWednesday at 2:28 PM to confirm. I showed up at 3:50 PM. Marivel had a client in her chair. At 4:15 Marivel was still styling clients hair. This isn’t the first time she’s done this. Last time I had an appointment for 4 o’clock when I arrived she was washing a client’s hair. I waited an hour I figured. Hey things happen no big deal. But when it happens a second time in a row, it’s rude and unacceptable.
