I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this beauty supply store. I was traveling from over 2 hours away, so I made it very clear to the owner that I needed to be sure I wasn’t being charged incorrectly because I would not be able to come back easily.

The owner repeatedly said my card payment didn’t go through, even though it did, and ended up charging my card twice. On top of that, he had me send him $15 through Zelle anyway. He assured me that if the charges showed up, I could contact him and he would send the money back.

This place total scammed me. I was looking for 100% human hair on Saturday for my daughter photo shoot on Sunday. I needed more for the style my daughter wanted. He charged me $200 dollars for supposedly good hair. My stylist said this was scrap hair . There was red thread in it and so thin. When I did an image search of the hair that was sold to me it was only like $40 a pack 🤬
