Ordered a week ago and have not heard anything about shipping. Phone number doesn't work and no customer service

I ordered a customize Starbucks cup as a gift for Christmas. The item arrived late and on top of that the lid did not fit. When I contacted the business their response was they would not accept any return or offer to fix the lid as it should fit since it was a Starbucks cup so I should just go to Starbucks and have them give me a new lid. Given that I do not even live in the US and this was a gift, that is completely unacceptable but also just such poor customer service. I do not recommend ordering anything from here.

Talk about a scammer! She totally scammed my friend by telling her she had to pay shipping to get her lashes sent to her (duh) but then proceeded to ignore her after she paid her. My friend emailed her and messaged her multiple times and no response. Her instagram posts are full of comments saying they haven't received their items and asking her to please respond to them. Her hours are literally a joke too. I've shown up several times and she is not there. Many people would agree. Some of her lashes are nice but I can't stand her for not answering her customers and basically scamming them.
