I had a really great experience at this urgent care. The staff was kind and professional. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. Definitely one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had — thank you to the whole team!

Today, I took my dad to Medcove Urgent Care in Upland and had the best experience. The facility was extremely clean and comfortable. The office staff was efficient, warm and very welcoming. We were seen within 15 minutes of getting there. The Nurse Practitioner, Cindy, took great care of my dad. He needed to get sutures to his knee along with a tetanus shot. Cindy continuously asked him if he was comfortable and was calming and reassuring to both of us. We will definitely be going back there for any urgent care needs.

I think we can all agree urgent cares usually have horrible service but for the first time ever I found one I loved. I came in 30 mins before closing and they were so nice to me, so many people ahead of me yet they got everyone in and out so smooth and quickly that I barely even waited. Even the chair to lay on in the room was comfortable lol. Took care of my issue on the spot, and they take most insurances. Also a clean and nice atmosphere. I 100% recommend this place, this is the first time I ever leave a lengthy review but they deserve it
