went for severe back pain going to my legs and head & the doctor came in and didn’t even say hi how are you or nothing and didn’t even check me out and said okay i’m going to send pain killers that’s it you’re good to go . went for help and walked out with nothing … bad service .

This afternoon I brought my daughter in as a walk in and first thing I liked was how polite and friendly the receptionist Destiny was as if we were regular patients. We got called to the back again back office medical assistant Stephanie kind friendly professional made us feel comfortable took vitals and told us Dr would be in shortly, as she did. I like how Dr Lara was genuinely concerned about my daughter's visit and our needs such a sweet woman. This place needs two receptionists. Sign-in at 5:11 pm. Time takes too long too see doctor.The receptionist asked me for my ID and Insurance Card. Gave to him and he was taking time looking at them.I was call in at 5:32 pm without asking me for co-pay. I mentioned to the receptionist and he thanks me for the reminder. I did not get the receipt until I ask for it after seeing the doctor.Once inside the exam room, he checked my temperature with the ear but pressed pretty hard.The doctor is really good and professional. She sees me in 5 minutes and I'm out the door at 5:48 pm.
