The BEST! It all starts at the front. E is awesome! She was super nice on the phone, but amazingly even nicer in person. She's very welcoming as soon as you enter. Then there's Dr. Nguyen. Hands down, his best trait is that he listens. He doesn't just hear you and your complaints, he actually listens. I know this because every appointment with him seemed more of a continuation of the last appointment. You didn't need to explain your pain or your situation again because he was on top of it. Finally Dr. Ly. He was shadowing Dr. Nguyen during a couple of my appointments, and eventually covered for Dr. Nguyen the final 2 sessions. Balance Wellness Center was amazing! I received chiropractor care and massage therapy during my 4 months healing journey. The entire staff is extremely friendly, approachable, resourceful, and respectful. If I had any questions or needed a referral that accomodated my work schedule, they helped my needs immediately. Bedside manners was great, too. Overall, they helped restore my overall wellness and helped me get back to my 100%! Special thank you to Dr. Lee, Dr. Nguyen, Esmeralda, and the massage therapists that helped me.

My last review posted under a new generated account and I dont know why since I have had YELP for years and am yelper so I wanted to sign in and make sure my review was posted from my correct account to show that I am a consistent yelper and my review is valid! I have been coming to this office for a month now, and as always when you are pain all you want is pain management and to find the root of the problem, yet are skeptical coming to a chiropractor that just sees you as another body, with repetitive appointments,yet no pain relief.
