I came here I love it so happy they help me. The massage are amazing Viví. Doc Ly very help you listen all your issues. But also Esmeralda front desk is amazing she so kind help you makes you feel welcome always thank you i sure going to miss them all.
First time here and was able to get a last minute appointment for a massage, adjustment and consultation. The friendly receptionist got me all set up with paperwork and I went straight in for a 30 min massage with Annette. The practice is a small, family owned business with a great vibe! The massage room was dark, relaxing with faux fireplace and soothing music. Annette did a great job relaxing me to prepare for the adjustment I received from Dr Ly. He did a thorough job in asking me about my reasons for coming in and answered all of my questions. They offer prepaid services or discounted membership services as well. Craaaackk!!!!!! No pun intended, but Balance Wellness knocked it out of the park with their service and care! E was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Vivi was warm and welcoming. Dr. Ly really took the time to listen and seemed to genuinely care. You're in good hands here at Balance Wellness!!
