WORSE EXTERMINATORS EVER!!!! I moved into an apartment building that these guys have a contract with. When I came time for my needs, I was not only REFUSED SERVICE by a rude, young guy. But had to wait a whole month just to get REFUSED AGAIN. Said I was not ready for him to spray. In short, hire ANYBODY else. These guys won't get rid of your pest. They are the pest!

I had a real bad gopher issue that just invaded my lawn. Kenny was great at providing timely, professional and friendly service. Was happy to report my gopher issue gone thanks in part to Insecta's help and the preventative measures Kenny recommended to me.

I was hard pressed to give even 1 star but to leave a review...I contracted for service every other month in Sept 2022. They came the 1st time, then again just over 2 months later. Since then they have not come and have continued billing me. When I called to contest the bill I got no where. Very disappointed. They initially gave me a set schedule but didn't adhere to it once.
