My family and I visited Floor & Tile on Labor Day thinking we could figure things out on our own, but after about 30 minutes of being completely lost, we came across Tanya. She was in the middle of a training at her station, but the moment we asked for help, she jumped up with such enthusiasm and a smile, ready to assist us.
Tanya truly stood out with her ability to ask the right questions to guide us toward the best tile/flooring options. She was extremely patient—even with my mom, who can be very particular about making decisions. Tanya’s kindness, professionalism, and thoughtfulness made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
As others have mentioned, Tanya is an amazing salesperson and very personable. You can schedule an appointment with her in advance. There's a wide selection here of flooring and tile. samples can be bought cheaply and returned for a refund. Sometimes getting the flooring samples is a little tricky, so it's probably best to schedule an appointment and have the sales person get them for you.
