Now I see why you have 3.6 stars my teenager went with a friend and their reference photos were nothing close to what they got, then the nerve to tell me it was pretty close was ridiculous. Our boys still paid and said nothing but called me immediately and when I called and asked what happened they ended the call with a giggle.

I walked in and was immediately taken care of by zo, he understood exactly how I wanted my haircut and did and amazing job. definitely coming back and highly recommend checking him out!

They dont care about customers or making appointments, maybe cuz they are young, that guy Tommy does not respect you as a client , was late 3 times , let someone else on front of me 1 time . And had to call him one time cuz he forgot about my appointment cuz he was a sleep at home , then I try another guy who charged me 50 $ for messing up my her , and last try to make a appointment with diferent one but he never answered the messages.

Went in as a walk in waited for a hour they didn’t mention anything about being appointment only just to tell me they can’t cut my hair. What a waste of time. Don’t come to this place 👎

I had booked with my own barber who ended up canceling then looking for a new barber due to time constraints (I have a dinner to attend) I ended up finding Sebastian on Booksy and booking with him before I could make it in he had to leave, he sent me a message and explained to me that he had to go early, but asked me to take a chance and go to the shop and ask someone else to cut my hair “they all cut fire” well im not content with my cut I had showed him a picture and even explained it was my birthday I also asked him to trim my bearded to which he agreed to do but I guess forgot. This shop chargers way too much for way to little. $50 dollars for a cut and I’m not happy is WILD WORK. El punto barber shop in Pomona off Indian hill is much better $35 avg for a cut and they always make sure you leave happy ! AGAIN I CAME OUT OF NECESSITY NOT WANTING DO NOT RECOMMEND SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!

Set up an appointment today for 11:15. The barber Victor said he will there at 11:30 and he is “on his way” at 11:28. I waited half an hour until noon with no notification of where he was and I just cancelled the appointment and went downstairs to Gradience instead. If you can’t make it at all, at least have the decency to leave a message saying that you won’t be there or message how late you’re running instead of just texting “on my way” and wasting people’s time.

So it's been a year it's Xmas and I happen to not have a fresh cut as I'm shopping so I decided to give this place another shot as it's also ran by a fellow friend and entrepreneur that I know. So let's start by saying first of all no wait time I was taken in immediately by Lugo and the way he started my cut was already on a professional level with lining the areas he was going to fade at zero as I explained how my fade was with my last barber (again trying to replicate ur original barber is hard) so anyways it's going great so far....check back in after he's ✅ done.
He took his time, he was precise he was welcoming and he did an absolutely great job with replicating my words as to what I was looking for in a cut, pertaining to the description of the fade as it's a Mohawk style and when looking at it from the front it replicates a outward growing up look.(Very hard to describe but think of a pointy mushroom I suppose. Bottom skinny/bald as u go up theres more hair just like a a stem to mushroom 🍄
