I don’t understand this unprofessional scamming. I specifically called in and made an appointment for gel manicure and regular pedicure- yet they go ahead and do gel pedi without telling me, they charged me more for this extra coating, etc. the total came out to be more than I went in for. Fine- I understand if their lack of English was a miscommunication. The techs were nice so I gave the front lady them 18% tip to give them yet she proceeds with the nastiest annoyed look to me and says I should make it even. Um lady you literally charged me all this without talking to me yet ask for more tip? And I thought I was being pretty generous for what was very basic. Lol so I felt pressured to give more(ridiculous) and end up giving 21% tip and the front girl still has attitude when I leave? Lol yeah this is exactly the experience that makes people not return. Thanks for making this event what was supposed to be relaxing and self care oriented visit ended on a surprisingly unprofessional and rude note. Disappointing.

Took him here for Father’s Day - He was a bit embarrassed because he’s never had a pedi and mani done by someone else other than himself lol - The service was great- He ended up loving the experience. Thank you

Been coming here since they opened, over 7 years ?? I don’t even live in California anymore and make it a point to visit here to get my nails done. They have always been so detail oriented, friendly, and fast.

The Chinese girlies know how to do nails. BEST SELECTION OF COLORS. I always get Gel X. I used to get complicated designs but now I’m basic hoe. But they can do it all. Best to call beforehand to set up an appointment.

Picture is week 4. No lifting anywhere. I’m 1 day away from week 7(don’t judge me) and I still have all my nails, still no lifting. Crazy.

This is the best nail salon I've been to by far. I've been here twice as a walk-in. Both times, they were professional, friendly, and helpful.

I like their efficiency of their appts because they will text you a reminder or call if you don’t make your appt to confirm if you will be there. Usually I haven’t had to wait for someone to help me. And they are friendly.

It's the first time I've come here to make crystal nails. It's the first time I've encountered extra money for cutting dead skin and repairing the shape of nails. Which nail salon does not trim dead skin and polish the shape of nails? Crystal nails are monochrome, adding various fees 65, and paying 10 tips. That's 75 The overall price is high, and the shape of nails is still crooked.

Mei is a rockstar with great attention to detail. I was also in and out in 45 minutes, unheard of for a proper Russian gel manicure with art.

Also loved the vibe of this place with bar-style counter seating. My new spot!
