“Very helpful staff, they got our cat (Bumper) in same-day for an emergency on a Friday afternoon, when all the other clinics told me to go the Vet ER in Medford (and spend 5k no thanks). I really appreciate their last second availability! Life savers!!!UPDATE: Dr. Roberts was wonderful too and clearly cared a lot about our little dude. For those complaining about the price of treatment, you can’t put a price on the life of an animal. They are a living, sentient being, not a car! Additionally, I paid at least $3k less than if I had gone to the veterinary emergency room in Medford, so I see it as a great deal. I am confident that Dr. Roberts saved our cats life, and I am incredibly grateful for her and her staff’s compassion and expertise in an emergency. Very, VERY impressed all around!“
