We had an issue with our RV while we were parked at a campground. My husband went and talked to JP in the morning and he made a trip out that afternoon. Even though the problem needed a bigger shop he gave us the right information to follow up and the next day we were able to go to a shop in Redding to have it fixed. JP was friendly, knowledgeable and so polite. The next morning as we were hooking up our tow vehicle he even came and gave us a dozen fresh eggs. Thank you for your help and blessings.

Exceptional service! 5 stars across the board.
We had a suspension airbag blow on our 10 year old (new to us) super-c motorhome. We were referred to JP's shop. We called and texted JP late in the afternoon and JP responded immediately. We explained the situation, sent pictures, etc. JP had the parts expedited to arrive the next day (the parts arrived around 21:00). He came out early the following morning and quickly and proficiently repaired the rig. JP also explained several things about the air system to ensure we were aware. The price was very fair. JP is the consummate professional, responsive, superb communication, and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend JP & Family Roadside Truck Repair.

My car’s radiator broke down and I was stranded on the road. A guy named Jeremy showed up and charged me $300 just to “inspect” it. He was extremely aggressive and disrespectful from the start.
Despite all that, I had no choice but to get the repair done. I waited a full day, and he charged me $4,000 for the job.
And guess what? After only 400 miles, my car broke down again with the exact same issue, and now I’m stranded again.
I absolutely do not recommend this service.
