These people scheduled an appt to install a replacement water heater. They called 2 hrs after appt time to say they couldn't make it until the next day in the afternoon. They never showed up the next day and didn't call. Not a good experience.

They took care of a replacing tub faucet for my mother in law, great communication and excellent work, highly recommend them!
