My dog loves them and gets excited to go, although baths are not his favorite so it's at least less of a struggle to take him. He has skin sensitivity but has never had any issues with the products they use.

First time customer. They were very pleasant at front reception. Upgraded to have teeth brushed. My dog went with ease came out with a cute cut, just how I pointed out from the photo book they had. That is a plus for us that can't quite describe the look for them. Very impressed, would highly recommend. Suggest to book your next appointment at time of pick-up, they tend to get busy!

Valeria did such a wonderful job on my little Chihuahua/poodle mix dog. He has a senior dog and is terrified of having his nails cut. Valeria said that they would do one paw at a time, go on to another part of the Grooming, and then return to the next paw, and blow air on each paw so that the dog would feel comforted. My dog grew up in Mexico for 10 years before I got him so Valeria speaks Spanish to him when she is with him. I'm sure that is very comforting for him. Since he is an older dog, she also plans to take more time with him so that he can rest during the grooming session. She has many suggestions to help our little guy with the grooming experience.
