I got my nails done here. It took 2 hours to get almond shaped, plain pink nails. I wanted pink french tip with a hibiscus flower on one nail. The nail tech assumed that meant that I want pink nails with a white french tip. No matter, I conceded to get plain pink nails because the appointment had already taken so long. It is because of time that I didn't want to get the flower either. Could I have made it more clear what I wanted? Maybe. But even the plain pink nails look awful. It's chunky, there is extra acrylic under my nails and there are little bumps on my nails. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The lady that did my nails did such a terrible job! I did pay for my service only because it was the right thing to do! Called the next day to speak to the owner, sent her pictures of my nails and she just ignored me going forward! After 4 days I had 2 nails break and had to go get my nails fixed

They charged me $25 just to get my already short nails painted. They didn't have a blood red color instead used a regular red. I asked them to paint them black instead. They look like I painted them myself, not a nice job. About cleanliness:I didn't see them wash hands between clients.
