I regularly need Dry-Cleaning on my clothes and have been very impressed with friendliness and excellent level of service I've received at Shalom Cleaners in Watsonville. After coming in just a couple times, the lovely young woman at the front counter remembers my name and face (incredible - and this having always worn a mask and sunglasses!) and are honest about their turn-around times. If you need something rushed they can usually accommodate that, too. The cleaning itself is top-notch and the numerous pieces I've taken in to Shalom for alterations have come back well looked-after and taken care of. From their reasonable pricing and personable staff to the skilled work they perform and celerity with which they complete it, I'm proud to support this wonderful small business in Watsonville and give them my highest rating and accolade! Great job!!

Shalom Cleaners is the best! Many thanks to Kim and her team for being 100% professional and attentive. I brought in a red, SILK blouse with unidentifiable stains -- looked oily, but I had no idea what they were -- and requested a next-day turnaround. Although I was actually unable to pick up the garment on time, Kim and her team definitely upheld their end of the bargain. I now have a clean, SILK blouse that can withstand a few more years, thanks to this most attentive and professional cleaners. No weird smells and I'm happy with both the outcome and service. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer of Shalom Cleaners for a few years now and honestly I couldn't see myself going anywhere. From the courteous staff, punctual service and their serious strive for excellence is what keeps coming back. Not to mention the seamstress and her attention to detail! I highly recommend Shalom Cleaners without hesitation!
