The majority of the hospital staff is extremely kind and patient. They have a lot of amazing doctors and nurses! However, please if you have children steer clear of Dr. Linda Lee Shaw. She is a very disgusting and dangerous pediatrician. She lacks professionalism, knowledge, compassion, and she is very biased. She is a much older woman and has been in it for about 50+ years, so the schooling she did to get where she’s at today probably was not much and is very outdated. The medical field has since changed a lot and it’s clear she has lost her way. I had been going to this clinic for a long time. For me and I also took my daughters there, but I have already changed clinics in recent years, every change gives bad service. When you speak, the receptionists hang up on your calls, they agree to talk to you, they never speak to you, they answer you in a bad way, they don't check insurance before the services and then they tell you we don't work with their insurance, you ask something and they don't know.

My baby is a patient at this clinic and you always have to wait in the room for 15 minutes, 45 minutes to an hour for the doctor to arrive plus the check-up time, almost two hours. I would like the administration to see this.
