Highly recommend this place if you need any kind of phone repair. I have been here several times and they are reasonably priced and do a very good job on the device. My son’s battery needed to be replaced the screws were stripped but Eugene was able to fix it. Excellent customer service at the Watsonville location.
Came in needing a battery replacement, they ordered the battery which got there next day. The replacement took only ten to fifteen minutes. Great, reliable service that is also very quick. Highly recommend.
I like to repair things myself, so when I take things to a repair center, I'm really picky. I'm from a different state too. I came here because I couldn't repair my steam deck myself and they had told me that a repair wasn't possible with the type of damage I had. They had explained to me that my motherboard had damage within the layers itself. They even offered an OLED model with a case and protector as well for a good price. Constant communication and updates, always full of information and giving any option they can. Highly recommend.
