I will not lie, I have owned my Jin Inner Balance Heated Massage chair for about 8 years, and I promise you the best money I spent! I'm a disabled veteran and I live in pain daily and I use my chair for comfort and my friend. I've been sick, diagnosed with lung cancer but my chair has been comfort to me! No cancer now I've been healed but, i still use the chair, a throw and the heat omg makes me feel good all over. I would never sale my chair, I'd upgrade but never get rid of my chair! I love my synca massage chair! We have had it for several years now and it gets used often! Even my friends and family have asked to stop by and use it. Since our chair gets lots of use it is showing plenty of wear, thankfully customer service is amazing and has helped me get it looking pretty again!
