In 2022, I scheduled an appointment with Patrick at A Plus Assembly Co. I tested out probably about 5-6 massage’s chairs. Patrick patiently explained the options and specs of each massage chair. I winded up purchasing the Amedic-4D Hilux. It was the single best purchase I have ever made.

Three years later, the arm boots became out of whack after a teenager who came to our house used the massage chair and caused the boots to stick out abnormally. purchased from Costco, 2018

issue:
my 12 yr old was playing around with a soccer ball and tripped and on the way down pushed the back forward in such a way that we thought broke the chair!

the back rest no longer stayed upright -- it would just fall to the floor .

i did a Google search and came across this business all the way in Walnut but i called anyway in case they could recommend someone on my area.

Patrick took my call, after hours!
he walked me thru what he suspected was the issue.

and i fixed it myself!!!

Patrick is a pro! When I first called him, immediately he knew what was wrong and asked me another the model number and told me all the history I needed to know about this brand and model. Immediately I knew he was an expert. He came to my house with all the tools and expertise one could hope for. His show room has a lot of models. Osakis are the best and he recommends the maestro. I would definitely buy from someone that not only sales but services their customers! Keep up the good work!
