This review is not about the quality of work but instead about Yong Choe's work ethic and lack of customer service. This was our experience: We needed some repair done to our pool. He was referred to us by our pool cleaner. Rainbow Pool & Spa came out to look at the job. He gave us a good price. He had mixed reviews on yelp but we ignored the negative reviews and hoped that the positive reviews were more accurate. This time it did not work out for us. We hired him to do the job. Yong Choe didn't care about the swimming pool renovation for us. He didn't solve any problems. It's been almost a month. Calls are often not answered, and the most important thing is that the promised time has never been complied with. How can such a service attitude still appear at such a time now, it is incredible! His irresponsible behavior affects us deeply, like the beginning of a nightmare! We need help!!!Service: Remodeling

Yong never answers phone calls or texts. After the pool was finished, it cracked in several places. They came back, drained the pool and patched it. Now the patches look like warts on the pool. The deck they poured has low spots that collect puddles and dirt. The salt cell they installed quit working after two years. Now we're seeing new dark spots in the plaster. Beware.
