I Do NOT recommend this HIGHLY OVERPRICED place. I took 3 pairs of shoes a few weeks ago & paid a RIDICULOUS amount. He KEPT saying that he gave me a " SPECIAL " price for 3 pairs of shoes. I REALLY felt taken advantage of. I would've saved ALOT of money had I bought 3 NEW pairs. The ONLY reason why I agreed to have him repair my shoes & to pay such a HIGH price was because they have sentimental value. I DEFINATELY WON'T RETURN TO THIS FACILITY .

Stay away. It took him 8 weeks to get new soles in these shoes. He kept blaming the shoe manufacturer for not getting him the soles in time. Four different deadlines came and went. As one other reviewer stated, he has boxes of shoes just thrown in there. He is way overpriced. After finally getting my shoes back, they fell apart the second time I wore them. Got to this guy at your own peril. His work is top notch shitty.

I gave Mario 4 pairs of shoes to repair & have gotten 3 pairs of the shoes back as of today. I have called him numerous time on when I can pickup the last pair of my flats & he changes the dates each time I call. I just called him again now & he told me it will be ready this wed when he told me last week it would have been ready by last Friday. He claims that the shoes are at his house & to pick them up tomorrow at 12 noon. I'm not sure how he is going to work on the shoes when he doesn't have them at his shop. His hours are different every day. He has failed to call me to give me status & I have to call each time I'm ready to go pickup. When I do call him, he tells me the shoes are not ready. It's horrible customer service
