George was extremely helpful, attentive, and courteous. The quality of service was exceptional. The repair to my high heels' tips averaged about 15 minutes while I waited. The scratches behind the heels were also fixed. It looked new! I highly recommend this shoe repair shop. Excellent service!!!

My purse had a broken strap. He did a great job repairing it. He had it ready the next day! Price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this shop and will go there again when I need shoe or purse repair. Very nice guy and seems very happy to help you!!

Took several of my wife's shoes to be repaired. He did a great job bribing them back to life. The price is very reasonable. Gives you full details of what he is planning on doing to repair the shoe and make it wearable and look good again. I would return.
