I value a strong work ethic and honest education from contractors and the guys at I GO are top shelf A+ people. They arrived on time, kept me informed and were very reasonable in their rates. I highly recommend them. They replaced my TXV valve and recharged our 12 year old AC system. They were fast, informative, and friendly
Requested their service twice, both times they were very prompt and very communicative throughout their work. We tried calling multiple other companies for service requests before Peter and team, and they were the only ones who would try to fit us into their schedule. Did not force any unnecessary service on us, and they were very knowledgeable regarding our system. Thanks for the good work!
Requested service because our rooms were not getting cooled. They came and used compressed air to blow out the drains revealing a lot of dirt and then topped up the coolant. They do quick work, they didn't try to upsell or up charge me on anything. They did the work requested and answered any questions I had in a manner that was easily understandable but also showed a depth of knowledge. My favorite thing is they took off their shoes to come in and out of the house and wherever applicable when working. Very respectful. Also, price was good.
