So its been about a year and this hvac company is exceptional.
Ralph does a great job. Explains everything with pictures and gives competitive price for great service. That service being changing duct work and replacing new ac system all in a very tight schedule. He's very approachable and friendly in person too. His crew is also pretty friendly.
The phone operator is also a good communicator.
Joseph also does a great job and very informative. He did a routine check of the system top to bottom. He checked the vents in the attic and made sure the system was working properly. but he could improve on his overly... read full review
I called on behalf of my neighbor, Jim. He's 94 and his AC went down. I spoke with JV, and she got us an appointment for the next day. I know it's a busy time of the season, so it really helped. Joseph came out and diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. It was what I had suspected, and a part needed to be ordered. Because of the season and already being Thursday, after 5pm, he warned us it might not be available til next week, and would put the order in first thing Friday. I received a call Friday morning at 8:30 that he had the part and what time we were available. He showed up on time, as he did the day before. We replaced our original HVAC system and ducts a few weeks back. Ralph, the owner, came by and gave a thorough quote and explained the entire process. Their pricing was very transparent and competitive compared to other quotes I received. Ralph had set pricing for the various models - there was no back-and-forth games and/or numbers pulled from thin air. Scheduling the install was quick and easy. From start to finish, the crew was professional, efficient, and clean. The installation team worked quickly without cutting corners, ensuring everything was done right the first time.
