Wellspring Fitness + Balance Training

Wellspring has been providing in-home balance & strengthening services for my elderly dad for the last year. The trainer comes to his apartment with a whole supply of exercise equipment for each of their sessions. They change the plan each time — sometimes focusing on balance; or cardio; or flexibility — and also safe walking & fall-prevention techniques. The trainer modifies the exercises based on my dad's needs as he deals with medical problems and age-related changes. Wellspring's services have been a valuable tool to keep my dad motivated, mobile & on his feet. KG
