After being told by Best Buy that my 11 year old iMac needed a new hard drive, and that I should simply recycle it…I called Knockout PC and brought it in. Excellent service, professional, good price and timely. Installed a new hard drive, computer is like brand new! Happy & future customer.
Gil, the owner did a great job installing a new hard drive for my 2015 iMac and also recovered data on an old 2007 MacBook Pro hard drive. Gil was was professional and super responsive. I would highly recommend Walnut Creek PC Repair and Consulting.
Great job by Gilbert. Better service than at Apple. Took my Mac Retina Pro to apple due to slow performance. They diagnosed Hard Drive was failing. I asked if they could replace with SDD versus HDD and they said no. Phoned around and found Gilbert who turned around the fix quickly.
