“I was referred to Alan by a friend who has been going to him for years for waxing. I was a bit nervous since I haven't been waxed in over 20 years and wasn't sure what to expect. Alan is the sweetest person. Instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My first appointment he explained what he would be doing and answered any questions I had. He uses a high quality wax that seemed to make it much less painful than I remember. I also have very sensitive skin, and he explained how to care for it after the treatment. A few days later I had some irritation where I had been waxed (which is common if you have sensitive skin and are fair skinned like myself!). Alan was amazing and offered to have me stop by that same afternoon and he applied a special moisturizer that seemed to calm the irritation. He provides an excellent service and I will never be waxed by anyone but Alan! Highly recommended!“
