San Francisco Audiology - Walnut Creek

My experience at SF Audiology in Walnut Creek was wonderful. I was caught in a traffic jam on my way over and they stayed open during lunch to accommodate me. They had the part that fixed my hearing device on hand, so the visit took only a few minutes. The problem that I did have was getting through to them. Having ONLY ONE phone line for 10 locations is crazy! There was no way to call Walnut Creek, or any other location, directly. I had to wait on hold a number of times to get through. This is nuts. I understand that they wish everyone to go online to solve problems but that is not always the efficient way to operate.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting San Francisco Audiology in Walnut Creek, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the level of service was exceptional. The staff is not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the entire experience comfortable and welcoming.What stood out to me the most was their flexibility in accommodating appointment schedules, which is greatly appreciated in today's busy world. Dr. Schmidt was amazing. The front staff are very nice as well. They took care of me as fast as possible, without making me wait at all.I had an appointment at 8am today. And I accidentally over slept. They called me at 830am and I woke up. They allowed me to still come in. I got there 45 mins late, and Dr. Schmidt allowed me to do all the tests even though I was very late. I didn't even have to wait at all. She got to work right away. I had a great, and smooth experience. She was very patient with me the whole time, even with me being so late. I really appreciate that they still saw me right away and didn't rush anything.
