Do NOT call this company , also known as Above Ground Spa Repair... I received a call back by an employee Todd, who called me back from another phone number, arrived at my home, gave me a business card Todd's Pool Service. Todd attempted to repair a circuit board by soldering a wire, which fried the board.. I said I would obtain the new board. I received the new part 3 days later.. I contacted Todd, who said he didn't recall the incident. He did contact me a couple days later, but would not return the destroyed part , which was needed to confirm the new part was correct. Called these guys out to take care of the pool at one of my rental properties that had turned green. They were prompt and were able to get the pool turned around in about 12 hours before the new renters showed up. I will continue to use them because they were not only fast but also have great communication with me when I can't be there to check on things myself!
The apartment management tells me (the owner) that these guys are always promptly available for cleaning and are very friendly to the residents while they are around. Appreciate what they do
