From the moment you walk in, you feel looked after. The whole space has such calm, grounding, chill energy and it is always absolutely immaculate. Cleanliness is clearly a huge priority, which adds to it being so easy to fully relax and switch off.
Rebecca, the owner, is one of the kindest, gentlest people I have met. You can feel how much care she puts into the space and into every person who walks through the door. All of the staff are attentive and warm, and they make you feel completely comfortable whether it is your first visit or your fiftieth.

Wow. Just WOW. MJS Solution LLC had the best afternoon at Peak Performance Float in Walnut Creek. We did the full package — red light therapy, sauna, and float — and we walked out feeling so relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
The owner, Rebecca Sgambati, is amazing — super friendly, kind, outgoing, and made sure every detail was perfect. The whole experience was smooth, peaceful, and honestly one of the best self-care days we’ve had.

I am a believer in wellness and had wanted to try floating for a while. One day a few years ago, I decided to make an appointment. Rebecca answered the phone and in a few short minutes, she gave me the rundown on how it all works. I was hooked just by her knowledge and couldn’t wait to float. My first float was just ok. My body was stiff, I was unable to put my hands over my head, but afterwards, I felt amazing so I decided to try it again, and again. I added in Contour Red Light last year and between the two services, my body feels the best it ever has, and I am enjoying my best health ever and the most fit I have ever been, and I am now put my hands over my head!
