I was here today, and I knew I needed a massage because my back and feet needed some care. The one who massaged me, her name was yassica (I hope I spelled her name right), but she was very kind, soft spoken and extremely professional. I told her where my focus points around my body and she pretty much got it all, and she understood the amount of pressure she added to the muscle joints. Seriously thank you for that, and I hope to return soon. The only reason why I give this 4 stars is because of how pricy they are, but as far as my first experience goes it went well!

I needed this massage more than ever, and Irvin, my therapist, delivered! He started on time, inquired about my areas of concern and got to work on exactly what we discussed. I requested a firm pressure and I'd say he ebbed between medium & firm the whole time which worked for me. At the beginning of the massage, there was a strange mouse-clicking sound coming from the speaker, but when Irvin got started he turned on a fan that drowned out that noise so it was not a problem during the actual service. All in all, I would return to this location and have this therapist again!

I had a massage yesterday with Lily, and it was one of the best massages I have ever had! The folks at the front desk were so kind and helpful (shout out to Dora) and the whole experience centered consent and open communication in a way I've never seen before at a massage place. I really appreciate the thought that went into this process, and am so thankful that Lily checked in repeatedly during the massage about pressure and areas of focus to make sure I was comfortable and getting what I needed from the service.
