I had a wonderful experience here. I went to the wrong facility and started panicking because I made this appointment 2 months ago. This was in the Physical Therapy Department in Park Shadelands. A front office gal helped me and her name is Judy Lewis. She reached out to the other department and made me another appointment for the same day but it was at 4:40 and Uber was not going to be here until 4:36. She offered to take me to Deer Valley since that going her way. I offered her the money which I was going to give Uber anyways. She declined. I offered her a tip. She declined. The visit was handled on time from the start the Doctor and staff were pleasant and even a little jocular which put my wife and I at ease during the procedure which was much appreciated. The doctor's instructions and explanations throughout the process were very clear and followed up with clear and concise instructions. Every aspect of the visit and follow up prompted us to feel comfortable and completely confident in the service provided.

There are things I like and am critical of about this place. When it comes to positives, I will start with them. I like my optometrist. My Grandma likes the optometry department. I like the people that do blood and urine testing. I like the people at the pharmacy. When it comes to negatives, there are a few things. For one, I went to get only my flu shot on Thursday afternoon, December 14, 2023, I let the lady know I wanted the flu shot, but because I got confused at the questioning, it's possible she thought I wanted the Covid shot.
