Dr. Birdsong is hands down the best physician I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. His extensive experience and deep knowledge are immediately apparent, and he combines these with a genuinely caring attitude. What sets him apart is his remarkable attention to detail; he listens carefully and ensures every aspect of my health is thoroughly addressed. I always feel confident and well taken care of under his care. Can't decide if he's Mc Dreamy or Mc Steamy but this doctor is amazing! Highly recommend!
My granddaughter was seen at Kaiser ER, Walnut Creek today. The wait time was very acceptable. All the employees were kind, efficient, and very caring. Explanations were given regarding the care without us questioning them. Dr. J. Tai was outstanding.
