I love both of the doctors here! They are extremely personable and are open to address any questions I have.
Last year, I had a horrible episode of floaters and was ready to go to the ER when I was reminded that my OD could have a look first. It was my good fortune that Dr Doherty was available to see me.
He explained in simple terms what was happening and what I could expect. On my annual visit today, he again did a great job explaining what had happened and what may be to come.
The attention to my care is very reassuring and refreshing.

Truly an excellent office with wonderful care consistently provided by Dr. Chan. She is very thorough, explains everything and is always kind and welcoming. Very appreciative of her support staff too. I always panic when I pick out frames and Liz was so helpful.
Unforeseen circumstances found me searching for a local Optometrist- after normal business hrs. I called Insight and after a brief discussion about my predicament they had me come to their offices. The staff was both courteous and professional. The Optometrist was exceptionally well spoken and insightful. At his recommendation I’ll see a Retinal Ophthalmologist later today. Thx Insight!!
