My mom is in assisted living and unable to leave the facility unattended. I recently moved for work, and in the gap before my mom can follow, we were left needing help taking my mom to various appointments and providing a summary of the visits for me.

My mother is just starting with post op in home care from Hillendale and I couldn't be more pleased with their responsiveness. My mother had been in a post op acute rehab which was dragging out for longer than she initially expected for a variety of reasons. She finally couldn't take it anymore and messaged her daughters late at night that she wanted to go home. We had a very positive experience with Hillendale Home Care and felt we received excellent care from each of the caregivers who came to help.
Elizabeth was with us the most, I think from the beginning she was always alert and attentive, kept her eye on things, while also giving us space as much as possible under the circumstances. She paid attention when the PT, OT, speech therapists, and nurse were there, walked with him, helped with his exercises, and had many interesting conversations with him during their time together.
