Brett came out to fix what he could within a few days and then followed up the following week on what needed extra diagnosing. The bid came in lower and faster than expected and Brett and Austin were a great team tag teaming on that final conundrum! Highly recommend.
I had the very best experience with Frontline Electrical Services. My Pool Equipment electric power failed and was diagnosed to have a break in the line. As this utility was initially installed back in 1999 at the same time the pool and extensive patio were installed covering the buried line. So it was difficult to identify where the probable rust in the metal conduit had occurred. Choenyi and Jeff installed a new line, cost effectively routing from one side of the house to the other all within the same day fixing that issue. That evening I noticed landscape lights did not come on so called Frontline and Ricci came to check out why. He identified the problem as a tripped GFCI outlet which would not reset, but was not broken. Ricci diagnosed that my Aqualink Control box Program was controlling when electric power was sent to the GFCI unit and as I had tried to reset outside of the program hours that is why it failed. Ricci wasn't a pool control board expert but he taught me more about how it worked than anyone! Lee Sherwood is the owner of this company and he ensures great customer service, he called and emailed me directly to make sure I was satisfied. Professional, prompt, skilled work at a great value, I will definitely use them again.
