I had a wonderful visit at Empowered Family. They took amazing care of me. Their first visit is super affordable at $125 and I decided to upgrade to get the massage portion and I was so impressed. I came in with severe sciatica hardly walking and left without pain. Dr. K and Dr. Russ are extremely patient, talked me through all of the treatments, and spent a good amount of time making sure I feel better. I really liked how it didn’t feel like a factory. The office is very cute with beautiful posters along the walls, the diffuser made the room smell like citrus, and the calming music made me relax. Love this practice! I suffered a pubic bone injury while pregnant and it was extremely painful to walk, sit, stand, lay, etc. I have been seeing Dr. Kseniya for adjustments and manual therapy and I was pain free in just a couple weeks. She has also been instrumental in helping with rib pain I was having. She’s very skilled, intuitive, and compassionate. I am also learning so much. I plan to keep getting treatment throughout my pregnancy and highly recommend Empowered Mama Chiropractic!
Dr. K is wonderful! She is truly an artist at what she does. She thoroughly addressed all of my needs in a holistic manner and also gave me the constant encouragement I needed to remain positive. I purchased the vbac package and it was worth it. I had tons of bodywork, adjustments and labor prep with my husband. We felt as prepared as possible for birth. I truly believe that she helped prepare my body to have an unmedicated vbac which was my goal! Thank you so much Dr. K : )
