One of the best professional massages I've gotten in awhile. I notified Alex beforehand that my lower back is sensitive and I never had the "flinching" in pain happen during the entire massage so that's a win in my book. I was very relaxed afterwards unlike other massages I have had. Highly recommend Alex.

I've been with Elite Bodywork's for years and wish I had written this review sooner. It's the perfect place for me - simple and not intimidatingly frou-frou, but the service and massage is excellent with Alex G. She gives fantastic massages and intuitively finds your problem areas, yet has the most calm, nurturing, and trustworthy vibes. it's also very easy to communicate with her to schedule appts! I can't recommend her enough!!

An incredible 90 minute massage that pin pointed all my problem areas. I left feeling so much better than how I went in. Courteous, professional, empathic...I could go on and on. Excellent service
