A death in the family, be it sudden or expected, is an extremely painful and difficult situation, but Jay was extremely understanding during the whole process. As you can imagine, there were so many things to deal with (legal and logistical) while also ensuring that our loved one and all his affairs were tended to properly. Jay was very thorough, honest and caring throughout and I'm extremely thankful that he was involved. He clearly has deep experience and bed side manners and can recommend services based on your needs and budget.
