Since moving from MN a year ago I have had two bad or less than great haircuts (the guy at impressions in Benicia had the worst BO and took 3 hours and the cut was not professional). Back home I had go-to-gals who were deva trained that was great. My classmate Vanessa showed up with an amazing new haircut and her curls were popping so I asked for Lisa's info so I could schedule an appointment. Lisa is fun friendly and asked a lot of questions to make sure she understood what my goals were for the haircut. She understood my hair's texture and what would work for my fine curls and face shape. She has curly hair herself which always helps. My hair looks amazing and my curls are bouncing. I have been getting all the compliments!!! I will definitely be going back to her. She's super nice and professional and knows how to cut and style curly hair so I'm not sure why those 2 reviews are so angry but id be willing to bet the person is uptight or it was a misunderstanding or something. I have had lots of good and bad cuts and many deva cuts so I feel like my opinion holds weight! haha She fully styled it and dried it which I appreciate. Otherwise, you can't tell if it looks good or not. I think it was well worth the price tag since I had a great cut and pleasant experience. I get my haircut twice a year so that's doable for me. I'm really sad you cant upload photos to this because it would really support my review. My before and afters show how cute the cut is. She is located inside a Sola salon that was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. It took a normal amount of time that didn't feel rushed or dragged out. I also feel like shes easy to talk to so you can tell her if you have a preference or want her to fix something if you didn't like it. She's great. ill be back.
