What a great experience! My husband and I visited Beem for their Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna treatments. The space was very modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff member, Abraham, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and put us both at ease. Both treatments were a first for me, and I would most definitely return for both. I found the Red Light Therapy relaxing and the temperature pleasantly warm but not at all hot. Having only ever tried (and not liked) traditional saunas, I was surprised by how much more comfortable the Infrared sauna was for me; I was easily able to enjoy the benefits of the entire session without issue. We played nature/spa music, which made it even more relaxing. We both felt very refreshed and recharged after the sessions. Thank you, Beem!
Oh.....my goodness. My experience at Beem was amazing! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and took the time to give us a tour of the space. They explained the benefits of each service, which I really appreciated. I was given a tote that had a wrap included so you can walk from one room to another without having to worry about changing in and out. I started with a 15-minute red light therapy session, followed by a 45-minute sauna session, and finished with a shower afterward. Everything felt very relaxing and well-paced. The space itself is beautiful..super clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing, which made it even more enjoyable to spend time there. You can tell they really care about the experience they're creating for their guests. It's a great place if you're looking to unwind, reset, and treat yourself to some wellness time. I'll definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to try something new for self-care!
Love this relaxation spot! Staff is very attentive , knowledgeable and very nice. The red light therapy is a new experience. It's similar to tanning beds but focused more on pain relief. The sauna was everything only I needed a pillow to cushion the seating after while the bench becomes uncomfortable. I will be back here time and time again. It's peaceful, clean and the much needed escape. SPACE: cuttttttteee and clean AMBIANCE: relaxing EXPERIENCE: MUST TRY PARKING: meters SAUNA: the ambiance , the fully loaded IPad to stream your favorite movies or listen to your favorite music via Bluetooth speaker LOVED this I could have stayed an extra 30 minutes RED LIGHT: felt really good and penetrating I don't know how hot it gets but I would have liked a little more heat CHECK THEM OUT ITS AMAZING
