Awesome Nails

I rarely treat myself to a mani/pedi, but when I do, I’ve always chosen Awesome Nails and recommended them for the last 10 years. Sadly, today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon.

The massage was non-existent, Jergen’s lotion was used instead of salon quality products, and they tried painting my nails with old, clumpy polish, not once, but twice. I had to get up and call them out that it looked old and to be able pick out a new one myself (no help or assistance was offered). They proceeded to put the old polish back on the shelf. On top of that, the polish job itself was incredibly sloppy and took forever.

Awesome and then some! I visited Awesome Nails for the first time today. Not only was the service excellent, I ended up leaving my phone at the salon by accident right before they closed on a Friday night. There was no hesitation with the team trying to quickly help resolve my issue at the last minute. We met up 30 minutes later and I got my phone...crisis averted! Thank you to the Awesome Nails team for truly being AWESOME!!! I will not ever forget the help you extended to me.

I am always pleased with my standard pedicure. I usually call ahead to make an appointment and they almost always have one available when I request, sometimes as soon as 10 mins! Friendly staff who remember return customers! Thank you!Service: Pedicure
